Nancy is finally almost moved in. Shannon and some friends just went to get the last load of stuff. Can you believe those little punks that jumped Nancy and Becca are trying to start shit with them as they are moving stuff out? What a bunch of retards. Luckily there are some good guys with Nancy and Shannon as they move. Now is not the time to fight. Because they wouldn't fight the idiots called the cops and made complaints that Nancy and her friends were making threats, but the cops realized that the kids were trying to instigate. Luckily too the guys that are helping move are all grown men and not so easily wriled up. The kids will get what's coming to them. I sent my blessings, and there is always lots of protection, so that is good. Becca is getting out of jail in a few hours, from last nights fiasco. Hopefully there will be less drama now that the girls are back home. I will see what I can do to influence them to handle things differently. From what Nancy said she and Chris, Becca's man, were the only ones who weren't arrested last night. Chris was smart enough to run and Nancy, try as she might couldn't get them to arrest her in Becca's place. She really felt bad that Becca was arrested for nothing.
Tommorrow the girls will decorate for Christmas, so they will have fun. We want Chloe and Hannah to realize that it's not all about presents, but about family, and closeness, celebration, and so on. Christmas Eve dinner is going to be vegetarian though, Homemade vegetarian lasagne and ravioli.
For Thanksgiving I cook the traditional turkey because the kids would be bothered if I didn't and the Turkey always turns out well, but I really don't like meat, I mean it tastes good if cooked right. See I have this connection with animals, I can read them, I can communidate with them and know what they are feeling. I used to be able to approach herds of wild horses when I was younger and be totally accepted. Some of us are just like that. When we lived in Georgia the land behind our house was all forest. So we had all sorts of animals, wild and domestic showing up in our yard when they were hurt or sick or dying. Yep like Dr. Doolittle... lol! So anyway I just can't justify eating animals, it's just wierd. Vegetarian is healthier too.
The orange tree outside my bedroom window is full of beautiful ripening oranges, tomorrow Chloe and I will pick oranges.
The tragedy of the terrorist attacks in India is really bothering me. It is so sad, the way the world is changing so fast is so sad. That could happen anywhere, especially now. One of our business offices is in Mumbai in the financial district not far from where it happened and many of the executives from the company stay at those hotels, and many cardmembers I spoke to just this past week were headed to India and a few had reservations at the Taj Majal. I really hope they are ok. Like Shannon says, the world is turning more and more into something like a Stephen King Novel.
Oh well even though things are getting worse there are still many awesome and beautiful things to be thankful for. Even though there is so much gloom and doom I feel the need to look at the bright side of things. I don't ignore the bad stuff, I just don't dwell on it. It's all about the positive, positive energy, higher frequency balancing the negative.
Well I gotta go put little miss Chloe to bed, she just launched an attack on me with a water gun. lol!
Big Huge hugs and kisses,
Maria
