Yesterday was full of fun and a little bit of drama. The girls,and their boyfriends decided to have a water balloon fight. That includes water balloons flying everywhere on ground and on the roof as well. Of course Shannon got Chloe into it too and she had a lot of fun.
Nancy didn't move in yesterday, but she should be moved back in today.
Shannons ex Tyler got drunk and found out she had a new man in her life and he got a bit crazy. Luckily he didn't come over to the house like he threatened but he did call while Shannon and her man Flip were down the street and demand that I put his dad "Sparky" on the phone. It was kind of funny really and I handled the whole thing with love. I picked up the phone and Tyler started screaming put "Tim Hunt on the phone now" His words were a bit slurred. His dad stays here part of the week when he babysits the girls for Shannon. I said very calmly "Tyler is that you?" he said yes and then I told him that his dad wasn't here that he was at his uncles house like he is every weekend. Then I told him that everyone here was asleep and to call back at a better time. I used my sweetest motherly voice. I know it's gotta be hard on Tyler but he had so many chances to make it right with Shannon and he didn't. He even had a girlfriend while she was pregnant and when they split up last year. He's not the nicest guy in the world.
Flip is a great guy, he treats Shannon well and is really sweet to the rest of us. He helps her with the girls without her asking and he has defended the family when some kids with guns stopped here looking for some of Nancy's friends. He is a good guy. Tyler was pissed but then in his text messages on Shannons phone he kept saying he wanted all of us to be friends and then he called Shannon and yelled "He better be white" and hung up. Well he is white, he isn't trying to take over the Daddy role, he is being a friend to the little ones. So Tyler really has no worries the bottomline is I think he fears Flip will replace him dad wise. Tyler has no worries unless he does something to really screw up. Hannah knows he is her dad and if he is around they will bond and they will be close.
Erin wrapped up the night crank calling her friends using the website EBaums World which has soundboards with different actors voices. It was pretty funny. She and her friends crank call each other all the time. She got them good this time.
I finally got a bit of time to read.
Today Nancy moves in and we babysit a 3 month old baby.
