New Job

I am finally through the hiring process at Wells Fargo and I start my new job on Monday! 5 weeks of training Mon-Fri. then I will be off on Wednesdays and Sundays. I have to work that schedule for 6 months then I will be eligible for shift bid.

Being layed off was ok, it was actually a good thing and a much needed break. But it will be good to be back to work again. Finding a job wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The hiring processes seem to be longer now, maybe because there are so many people looking for jobs right now. Another great thing is that I won't have to listen to Sparkys bitching all day everyday. That has been the worst part of it all.

Everything is going well. Hannah turns 2 on the 3rd. So we will have her birthday party next weekend. As usual Grandma (me) will be making the Birthday cake and the food. My daughters Elyse and Shannon have birthdays in April as well. I have to catch up on phone calls to the kids today. With 3 kids out of state by the time you call and talk to them all not to mention Jerry (my ex, well maybe not ex for much longer) a big part of the day is gone. lol! Elyse's husband josh is in Afganistan for a year and they are in Alaska but she will going home to Florida to spend a little time with family there. That will be great, and her dad and I won't worry so much.

Well, it is time for me to get going. Sparky is beginning to bitch again and I really can't deal with it right now. Too much negativity. If I can maybe I can help Shannon pay for preschool for the girls so Sparky won't have to babysit anymore. That would be awesome. No more Sparky!!!! yeah... wishful thinking.
