Of Angels and Goddesses

Well, I finally get a chance to write! Today is Easter and it's been a pretty good day. I Talked to my kids today that are living out of town and spent the day with Erin nancy and Shannon and Shannons girls, my grand daughter, Chloe and Hannah, they live with me so I see them all the time. Lol! The little ones got easter Baskets and are going to hunt eggs in the yard in a few minbutes. I made a nice dinner and some of the girls friends are coming over to party. I will retreat to my room for some me time, some meditation, reading etc. I need to unwind and get ready for work tomorrow.

The new job is going really well. I like it allot. We have 3 more weeks of training. We will be on the phones taking inbound calls for the Wells Fargo credit card. Last week was the 2nd week of training and I was actually able to take some actual calls on Friday. We were sitting with coaches, navigating through the computer screens while the coaches talked to the customers and my coach said the best way to learn is to jump right in and take calls and navigate while he helps, I was a little nervous at first but I figured what the hell! I might as well. I've worked in credit card phone centers at Discover and American Express for years so why not just jump in and get my feet wet. So I did. Actually it was easier than just navigating, because it was easier for me to coordinate eveything all at once. I learn by doing anyway. I had some really difficult calls too whcih was awesome because I did well speaking with the customer and listening to the coach help me get to where I needed to be to help the caller. So I am no longer nervous and i will be able to take calls for the next 3 weeks with no worries. byt the time they release us to our teams I will be more than ready. I've been fortunate to have my coaches be members of the team I will be going to which is cool because I am becoming familiar with everyone so I won't feel so knew on the first day with my new team. The atmoshphere/culture there is nice, and I like all the people in my training group as well. I will be glad when training is over though, it's like information over load for the brain though.

I will be glad when i am done training as well because i will be able to attend meeting again for my fave band Iconcrash and be able to do more to help with the online promotion. They are a great group awesome people involved all of the Icon angels are awesome people. I hope to get to know everyone better.

The Easter egg hunt is over, the girls were so cute! I am glad Spring is here, it's beautiful here right now. The summer will be here soon and it will be so hot. I don't like the heat at all but I do like the summer monsoon storms. I will be glad when summer is over though. Lucky for me though I will be at work during the hottest part of the day though and I only need to take one bus home so it's all good. Our lease here is up in november so I will be paying off as many bills as I can so that i can get a place by myself. Shannon will probably get her own place before thn and so will Nancy, not sure about Erin though. But I will be getting new furniture and all new stuff, that will be fun and I want to be able to get what ever I want instead of what everyone likes. It's time for me to be able to do what I want.

Sparky is still babysitting the girls while Shannon works and being a real pain in the ass. He is a walking curse emitting wave upon wave of negative enrgy wherever he goes. I am having a hard time dealing with him. I am hoping he will be out of our lives soon and that Shannon will find a new babysitter. Anyway, I better get going, I need some quite meditation time.
