This picture describes my day to a T. It was crazy, cardmembers yelling at us, extremely rude people. But I do have to say that all in all the nice ones out weighed the bad. A coworker IM'd me this picture of the monkey when I was on a really difficult call and it made me laugh, it was really hard not to laugh out loud.Imagine talking to someone who screaming on the phone and then the monkey pic pops up. You can't help but laugh.
I am tired, I am going to take a nice bath and relax and wash away all the stress from the day.
