This is a long one!

On Thursday my horoscope said this weekend would be really busy and that my plans would change and it said something about romance. Because of the romance part I kinda blew it off thinking well the romance ain't happening and what could possibly happen to make the weekend that busy. No one I know had any serious plans. Except for Halloween night there was really nothing else. I planned to spend the rest of the weekend writing and doing some spiritual stuff. I guess once again I shouldn't blow off a horoscope that is pretty much right on.

So it all started with a phone call on Friday morning. My daughter Nancy, who has her own place with her room mate Tonya, was on the phone in tears. Tonya skipped out on rent and moved out leaving Nancy with her share and that is all. She gave her no notice. So the apartment office said they wouldn't work with her and they would be serving her an eviction notice. They wouldn't even give her a few days to get the rent. So Nancy needed to move home. She had the money to pay someone to help her move but no one with a truck.I figured I'd let her work it out but if worse came to worse I'd rent a uhaul truck and move her. So I said some prayers for her, and put it behind me so I could focus on work. She found someone to help her move but she asked me to help her clean up and fix anything that needed repair. Just a few holes in the walls from nails from all the stuff they had on the walls. No big deal nothing a little spackle or white tooth paste can't fix. Nancy's friend Becca also needed a place to stay because she was staying with Nancy as well and she has nowhere to go. Becca is ok but when she gets drunk she is aweful, she is loud, rude and belligerent and I am not in the mood for that. Sowewillhave to sit down and have a serious talk today. I am not going to put Becca out on the street. She was staying with her mom but her mom decided to quit her job and live in a homeless shelter. She had a good job where I work. I was the one who reffered her for the job when she was almost homeless before. Her mom had a meth problem though and so I don't see things getting better for her or Becca anytime soon. And I hate to see Becca follow the same path as her mom. Letting her stay is a tough decision, and we will have to have a serious talk tonight.

Halloween was fun though, little Chloe and Hannah were dressed as sleeping beauty. Hannah's dad Tyler bought the costumes and they were really cute, his friend Jesse actually took the girls to get the costumes. Tyler is a subject I prefer not to discuss. All I wasn't is for him and Shannon to work things out custody wise in a way that will work out for the little ones. Shannon is very wise for her age and I know she will work it all out. I just sit back and enjoy my grandkids the little ones always bring joy to my heart. Chloe was so excited to hear that her Aunt Nancy was moving back home though. So Halloween was cool, the kids dressed, yep even my grown ones so we had the usually crowded bathrooms, makeup and hairspray everywhere as the girls and their friends put on their costumes. It's always fun,I always help with their hair. Then Erin and Alex, Shannon and Flip took the girls around the neighborhood trick or treating in the double jogging stroller. Nancy, Becca, Gabby and Billy went to some Halloween parties, then ended up back here. I went to bed around midnight and woke up around 2:00 am because Becca was drunk and being really loud and rude and Erin was about to put her in her place. Shannon made peace between them and Nancy made Becca go pass out in the middle bedroom. I stayed up till 5:00am talking with the girls and their friends.

I woke up with Chloe around 9:00 when she wakes up and the sun is up that's it, she is up. She tells me "Look Mo Mo the suns awake and so am I." There is no sleeping in at that point. So I got up to write this blog and Flips brother Mike was up, he never went to sleep and was already drinking. He lost his mom and is having a really hard time. He asked me if I could be like a second mom to him and I said ok. So he added me to his my space and it was done. lol! But seriously though my girls, especially Shannon have tried to help him through this hard time and it isn'rt easy because when he is drinking he keeps on going over and over his problems and it is hard for himto lesson, Nancy is here now and it is funny because even though my girls are very much up front in what they say, he has never heard advice from Nancy, and Nancy gives great advice but she is very, very blunt in her words. So maybe she can help as well. Right now Micheal is helping Chloe lace her shoes and I heard him tell her he's not going to help her until she helps herself. Well at least something Nancy said soaked in last night. Because those were her words to him. Nancy is very blunt especially when she has been drinking but she is very passionate in her words and advice. She is fun to listen to and is very inspiring.

So I guess the weekend will be really busy, but i center,and anchor myself and breathe, I pray that I will handle every situation with love, and that my advice will be good advice. I will be running into some people this weekend that I really don't care for because of things they've done, but this is clearly a time of forgiveness for me. Not that I need to let these people into my life, but a time to forgive even though I don't like who they are and what they stand for. Like my psychic tells me, don't forget to breathe. As for the romance part, Nah...not yet, that is saved for someone special, someday,somewhere. No big rush no big deal.

So this weekend as I honor all my loved ones who have passed on, I also lay to rest the problems of the past, and the negativity others have brought causing me to dislike them. It's time to start anew.
