In search of Falafel

I am in the mood for Falafel today, it's one of my favorites, with hummus and tahini. It's awesome! I am considering a trip to Trader Joes or Sprouts, to get what I need to make it. Trader Joes has what they call the Middle East Feast and it is like veggie fast food to go. It's good stuff just as good as homemade. It comes with Pita bread, Falafel, hummus, tahini, and tabouleh. They also have really good cheese and jalapeno tamales, and a tray of several types of hummus that you can dip crackers in. Hell, I may as well get what I need to make eveything and then get the hummus dip and some crackers. I'm going to get Chai spice tea too, and lots of fresh veggies. I used to live across the street from Trader Joes, and I loved it because I could get lots of good fresh foods, and they carry veggies meals to go which are great for lunch at work. They have Arizona Blueberry white tea, and Pomegranite green tea, and that is really good as well. Anyway to get to Trader Joes I have to take to buses but it's worth it.

When I get home I am going to read.

It looks like it's going to rain, but that's what umbrellas are for right?

Well gotta get going.

Hugs,
Maria
